Luxury DOG HOTEL WITH TAILORED CARE
With only six dog hotel rooms available, we offer a premium alternative to traditional kennels, combining over 30 years of hands-on experience owning and caring for dogs we offer a warm, homely environment tailored to suit each individual dog.
Each guest enjoys a clean room with large individual pens attached, along with daily exercise, playtime, and customized meal plans tailored to their routine and dietary needs.
Our facility provides spacious, insulated accommodation, calming music, daily enrichment and personalised care from fully trained, first-aid certified staff. We keep pet owners connected with regular WhatsApp updates and ensure peace of mind through full monitoring and professional standards.
All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, we also follow a strict cleaning and disinfecting schedule to keep our facilities safe and hygienic.

DOG WASHING WITH OPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL GROOMING
We provide a fully equipped, hygienic dog washing station suitable for all breeds and sizes. The space is designed with your dog’s comfort and safety in mind, featuring non-slip surfaces, premium shampoo and conditioner, soft towels, and dryers. We thoroughly sanitise the area after every wash to ensure a clean, safe experience for every pet. For dogs staying with us, we also offer professional grooming services in partnership with Happy Home Dog Grooming. Jacqui, a highly experienced groomer, is particularly skilled with nervous dogs and can provide gentle, expert grooming during your dog’s stay. Let us know at booking if you’d like grooming included—we’ll arrange it all for you.
DEDICATED DOG DAY CARE
We keep our daycare numbers small to ensure each dog gets the attention, care, and rest they deserve. With dedicated sleeping areas, your dog can enjoy quiet downtime throughout the day. We’re happy to work around your schedule – just stick to your arranged times and we’ll do the rest! We also offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service right from your home. You can provide us with a key or keypad code, and we’ll collect your dog between 7:30 am–9:00 am and return them between 4:00 pm–5:00 pm. Our van is fitted with crash-tested dog crates, and we’re fully insured for household keys, so you can have peace of mind. For the safety and happiness of all our dogs, all daycare guests must be social and friendly with other dogs.
WEDDING PET CHAUFFEUR SERVICE FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY
We know how special it is to have your dog be part of your wedding. That’s why we offer a dedicated pet chauffeur service designed to make the experience smooth and memorable. A professional pet handler will care for your dog the night before your wedding, ensuring they’re rested and relaxed. On the day, we handle transport to your venue, assist during photos, and provide calm, reassuring company throughout. Once the celebrations are over, we’ll bring your pet back to stay with us for the night so you can enjoy your day without worry. We understand the importance of timing, calm handling, and loving care—especially on such an important occasion.
